Flexepin vouchers are distributed by our commercial partners worldwide. You can purchase them at many retail locations, stores, and online shops.

A Flexepin voucher denominated in Euros cannot be used directly on a merchant site and is not a standard payment product. It is a "closed loop" voucher that can only be redeemed with Flexepin. This voucher allows users to purchase another merchant-specific voucher issued by Flexepin.

It is not possible to reverse a transaction. Once a transaction has been successfully completed, your Flexepin voucher balance is permanently deducted. If you require a cancellation, please contact your merchant directly.

Each Flexepin voucher generated and provided comes with a "Use By Date". Monthly fees will apply to your voucher after this date. The right to a refund for an unused voucher varies; for more information, please consult the Terms and Conditions of the specific vouchers.

You cannot hold more than $5,000 AUD worth of Flexepin vouchers (or the equivalent in another available currency) outside of Australia, unless subject to a lower limit on any given day. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.

Once you have submitted your Flexepin PIN and the amount and PIN are validated by the participating merchant, the code and amount are considered used and cannot be used again. No value remains on the voucher; the voucher cannot be reused or topped up.

You are allowed to purchase and use Flexepin vouchers at any time even if you are under 18. However, you may not be able to redeem your voucher on certain websites due to the nature of the products and services offered. Please check the terms and conditions of the site where you wish to use the voucher.

You can request a refund if your Flexepin code is unused and still valid. The law requires you to complete a Consumer Refund Request Form so that we can verify the validity of the transaction and your identity.

Refunds can be requested up to 1 year after the Use By Date and are subject to fees. Refunds are not available in countries where local law prohibits it.

Before spending your Flexepin voucher, verify if the merchant site is genuine by using our verification tool. If in doubt, contact our Customer Support.

Treat your Flexepin voucher exactly like cash. Sharing your details with third parties allows them to use the credit you paid for.

• Never share your details via email, SMS, or phone.
• Authorized merchants ask for details only via a secure payment page (look for the padlock 🔒 in your browser).
• They will never ask you to send details via email, SMS, or phone.

You cannot buy Flexepin by phone. Use our locator to find the nearest sales outlet.

Please contact our Customer Support immediately if you suspect a site is fraudulent or if you have been a victim of a scam.

Treat your voucher like cash. If you lose it, anyone can use it. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact our Customer Support immediately. We may be able to lock the voucher if it hasn't been used yet.

Maintenance Fees (After Use By Date)

A monthly maintenance fee of $4.00 CAD applies after the "Use By Date".

Refund Fees

A fee of $30.00 CAD applies for processing a refund request.
